Due to the sensitive nature of screening and safety products, all SipCheck™ Drink Spike Test Pen sales are finalonce shipped.

For health, safety, and integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Unsealed packaging

• Screening or test-related items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged or incorrect item

  • The original packaging

• Include your order number

Approved claims will receive:

• A replacement item, or

• A store credit, at our discretion

🚫 Refunds are not issued for damaged items once opened or used.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

SipCheck™ Drink Spike Test Pens are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

• Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing

• Same-Day Shipping: Available on select bulk or pre-approved orders

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

In-Store Pickup (Available)

Local customers may choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

How it works:
